  • Set a goal for each team

  • The leader of the team will be called - “Team Coordinator”

  • Create Slack channels for each team

FOSS Projects Team

Assigned Tasks -

  • Getting ideas for a project by suggestions
  • Gathering the requirements & Confirming the project
  • Getting members for the project by an open invitation and then doing an interview
  • Planning the projects as can get the industry level experience

Blog Team

  • Writing the article → Proofreading → Checking the content for authenticity → Publishing

Assigned Tasks-

  • Gathering the people to write the articles
  • Getting approvals related to each article
  • Posting the articles

Design Team

Assigned Tasks-

  • Making a process to motivate the new designers
  • Making some kind of a format to design things.
  • Getting members who have a good talent for video editing and graphic designing

Social Media

Communicate well between each social media platform.

Assigned Tasks -

  • Handling all social media platforms including the Mozilla portal and forum for events.
  • Creating events on time, sharing posts and getting a good reach.

Privacy Team

Owasp events will be organized

Content Writing Team

Assigned Tasks -

  • Emails
  • Letters
  • Project proposals
  • Content for posts
  • Invitations
  • Meeting minutes
  • Letter email templates
  • Letterheads
  • Invitations
  • Forms

DevOps Team

Assigned Tasks-

  • Maintain forum, sites etc

  • Create categories for all the teams

  • Create the structures of each team, after assigning team coordinators and members

  • All the current coordinators will be from a batch of 19

  • A team can have more than 1 coordinator each

  • Coordinator selections will go through 2 forms

Form 1 - For appointed council members to select their preferred teams.

Form 2 - For all the FOSS members to vote the coordinators for each team.
